About
Richard Scarpa is a fine artist who is a graduate of Parson's School of Design, NY. He has studied drawing and painting at the Art Student's League of New York, New York University, Studio Escalier, Argenton-chateau, France, Mim's Studios, North Carolina, New York Academy of Art and the Ridgewood Art Institute. He also has traveled to Europe to study the great master paintings at the museums in Paris, London and Florence. He is represented in private collections both in the USA and in Europe. and has exibited in various places in New York and New Jersey. He has taught drawing and painting at the Reilly League of Artists, Rockland Community College and at the National Art League.
